Hospice of Palm Beach County understands the unique needs that veterans require at the end of life. For more than thirty years and with over 900 professionals and 600 volunteers, we have assisted veterans and their families by providing the guidance, comfort and day-to-day support they deserve.

Delivering Peace of Mind

Our plan of care provides the most comprehensive range of hospice services available wherever the patient resides - in the home, assisted living or skilled nursing facilities, hospital or hospice inpatient unit. We communicate directly with the VA to help the patient with eligibility and enrollment in the benefit program. Financial concerns, assistance with aid and attendance requirements, reimbursement and compensation are handled by the Hospice of Palm Beach County team. Staff members are trained to handle and identify with veterans who suffer from post-traumatic stress disorder, depression, suicide and other military related illnesses. Our bereavement programs are available to veterans and the entire community and focus on life-changing situations. We’re there, helping to reduce stress on veterans and their loved ones.
